Thai massage is comparable to doing yoga – without you having to do any of the work! You are fully clothed, and either on the massage table or Thai floor mat. Using Thai massage techniques from Chang Mai, Thailand, your body is massaged, kneaded, stretched, pulled, compressed, twisted, and given very deep, but gentle work. The result is that Thai massage is one of the most relaxing of all massages. Thai is also excellent for sporting event recovery; say goodbye to lactic acid! Sessions are 90 minutes or longer.
